Morph

The strongest technical aspect of my work is the choice of animals that I used to morph. I picked a nice picture to have as the body for my animal. But then I was also able to find a good picture of an elephant to make sure that the head would fit on to it. The aspect that I could have improved on would be the face and using the tools to make it look as if the elephant really had the bengal tigers pattern.
The easiest part of this project would be layering the pictures on top of one another. I had to cut out the head of the elephant which wasn't all the hard but then I had to layer it on top of the bengal tigers body. It was easy to make the shaped line up. The difficult part of this project was using the tools and making sure you can blend the bengal tigers pattern and put it on the elephant.
I demonstrated the objective of this project by using the healing brush tool, and the stamp tool. I used these tools to add the bengal tigers pattern onto the elephant head. I also used the stamp tool so that I could cut out the elephant head. If I could do this project again, I think I would make the picture larger so that I wouldn't have to restart certain parts over and over again.

Bagel-o's

The strongest technical aspect of my work is the layering and using tools to cut out the images. I was able to layer all of the bagels in a way that it looks like they were just poured into a bowl. Also the "Fun Zone" cover, I think is displayed nicely. I could have improved on the color scheme I used for the whole box. I also could have made my text a little more outgoing. It is kind of boring.
The easiest part of this project was once I had an idea just labeling all the sides and make it all flow together. Also, I was able to manipulate the actual cereal box I had without copying the whole thing. The difficult part of this project was creating the measurements, but also knowing where certain images had to go.
I demonstrated the objective of this project by filling out each side as if they were on the actual box. I cut out images using the different crop tools. I also found a tool to create a blank box and added text to it. If I could do this activity again I would take the outline I have and completely add color to the whole background and work off of those colors. I also would change the "U" in the Fun Zone word since it blends in with the background.

Tattoo 2

The strongest aspect of my work would have to be the drawing that I did in this picture. I was able to draw out this skull with wings and then move it easily to shape the leg. Because of how I drew this piece it was easy to just fit it onto the area that I chose. The aspect that I could have improved on would be the color choice that I put into the flower. It looks like the flower is too cartoonish. I should have just left the color out but it looked weird that way it was left on the skin.
The easiest part of this assignment would have been actually putting this picture onto the area that I chose. It only needed a few little details to make it look realistic. The hardest part of this project would have been  the drawing that I chose to put onto the area. I picked a more realistic picture but it seems like I made it look more like a cartoon. If I had left the wings and the flower out of the picture I might have been able to do a few more things to it.
I demonstrated this project by drawing out the picture that I chose and then putting it onto the area which I chose. I changed some of the aspects like that flower and the wings by adding color to them. I then changed the way the colors looked on the leg. I used the transform and warp tool to make it look like it goes a little more onto the leg. If I could do this project again I think I would pick a different picture to draw and make it look more like a piece that could have stayed as black and white and not look funny.

Polaroid

The strongest technical aspect of my work would be layering the polaroid backdrops into the actual picture. It was easy to choose a way that they would all fit in to make sure that I had a point that I could make it look like it was coming out of the picture. The aspect that could be improved would be turing the pictures a little more than some of them are. If there were some that turned completely up the sides it might give the picture a different effect.
The easiest part of this project was layering the polaroid pictures on the actual picture. Also choosing a picture that would give a good 3-D effect when you erased part of the polaroid. In this project there wasn't anything that was difficult. It was tricky trying to erase just enough of the white without exposing that the background is there.
I demonstrated this project by using the polaroid picture stencils. I also used the erase tool on photoshop to remove the white that is around parts to make it look as if they are breaking away from the pictures. If I could do this project again, I would try another picture and see if I could get other aspects of the picture to pop out.

Movie Poster

The strongest technical aspect of my work is the way that the zombies in the front are bigger and as it goes back they become smaller. Also, the main characters in the movie are bigger and stand out more behind the zombies. The aspect that could have been improved would be the text at the bottom with the rating. It was hard because of the color of the zombies at the bottom. I had to change the color of the words which made it look a little out of sorts.
The easiest part about this project would be choosing the movie and then layering the images to create a new one. Once I had the zombies all cut out it was just a matter of placing the main characters in the background. The difficult part, for me, was choosing the right text font for the bottom of the poster. I should have found another way to add the other characters into the bottom text as well.
I was able to demonstrate this project by choosing a movie that I love and taking the most of the show into consideration. I used many of the different tools to cut out the images of the zombies and the characters. The background has a gradient layer behind the image, but because the image opacity is low, the gradient layer shows through it. If I could do this activity again, I would try to choose another movie, or even just change the text at the bottom.
